SGM s.r.l. is a family-run company located in a territorial context among the most industrialised worldwide. It has gained its experience from S.T.M. s.a.s, the first company in the field of thermal deburring for third parties in Italy at the end of the 70s.

The main feature of SGM is its Italian spirit, synonym of creativity, dynamism and capacity of adaptation. SGM’s small dimensions mean that the company is scarcely visible but has the merit of containing costs and experiencing modernity in a easy way.

SGM gains its economical resources in the thermal deburring market, working for third parties that allow the testing of any industrial application, and with the shareholder’s capital, who financed the Exploit project. All the credit resources are intact. SGM is owner of the modern international patents for its Exploit machines with dozens of innovation claims.

SGM lives in a territorial context among the most diversified in the world and its innovations are owed to the passing of information from one trade sector to another. As already mentioned, design, assembly and assistance are functions managed entirely by the company, while the components come from various mechanical workshops and are obtained on the market. In this way, it becomes possible to count on a potentially unlimited production capacity, without any bottleneck.

Moreover, it has to be noted that no workshop or external supplier have the exclusivity on any component and the know-how is shared among all the internal SGM experts and its suppliers. External subjects, which are not exactly producers, also collaborate with the project, among which the Milan Polytechnic, PED ASME expert engineers, electronic experts with different skills.
It is a priority for SGM to issue safe products. Therefore, only after the first prototypes we enter the international market expanding the warranty, if combined with the remote diagnostics service, up to three years.
