Privileged users, even if not exclusive, are potentially all the subjects operating in the world of primary industry, such as producers of oleodynamic components, valves, die-cast elements or those processed in iron, cast iron, steel, brass, zamac, aluminium, copper and their alloys.
The valves require safety device for the circulation of fluids, liquids or gaseous substances, and the treatment guarantees that every part, even the most “hidden”, is freed from impurities, slags and processing burrs. Other articles have sliding inserts and for this reason cannot be hindered by detachable burrs.
All the articles in the images are congenial to the thermal deburring process, which becomes indispensable to guarantee quality and repeatability, in one word, reliability. As the target of thermal deburring is very wide, just a few examples are given:
