SGM was one of
the first companies, among those of similar size in
Italy, to have complied with the UNI EN ISO 9002:1994
European Standard in July 1999; from July 2002 it then
passed to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
The production of Exploit’s components is entirely
outsourced in order to obtain maximum flexibility and
innovation possibilities for SGM; the internal company
prerogatives however remain design, control, assembly
and assistance.
The design complies with the 97/23/CE Directive
regarding appliances and pressure systems (PED), the
98/37/CE Machinery Directive integrated with the
2006/42/CE, the 2006/95/CE Low Voltage Directive and the
2004/108/CE Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
The subject of certification for non-European markets,
such as North America, with its ASME Standards, has also
been taken into consideration. |
